All products sold on TheFragranceLK are locally manufactured fragrance products made in Sri Lanka. Our perfumes are crafted using authentic fragrance inspirations from popular scents and are not original designer brand products.

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and pricing as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colours, or other content on the website are error-free, complete, or current.

4. Perfume Longevity Disclaimer

Our fragrances are formulated to provide long-lasting scent performance. Under typical conditions, our perfumes are guaranteed to last up to 12 hours.

However, actual longevity may vary depending on several factors, including:

• Individual skin type and chemistry
• Environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, altitude)
• Application method and quantity applied
• Clothing and body activity

TheFragranceLK does not guarantee identical performance for every individual, as fragrance experience is inherently personal.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices on our website are displayed in LKR (Sri Lankan Rupees) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, once an order has been placed and confirmed, the price at the time of purchase will be honoured.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Bank deposit / bank transfer
• Online payment via supported payment gateways

All online payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your card details on our servers.

6. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order under the following conditions:

• Before dispatch: Orders can be cancelled at no charge if the cancellation request is made before the order has been dispatched.
• After dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, the item must be returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order number.

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, icons, and design elements — is the property of TheFragranceLK and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of Sri Lanka.

Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific order.
