At TheFragranceLK, we take great care in packaging and delivering your orders. If something isn't right with your purchase, we're here to help make it right.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged items: The product arrived damaged, broken, or leaking during transit.
  • Incorrect product: You received a different product than what you ordered.

Return Request Period

All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a return or refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographs of the damaged or incorrect product

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and unopened
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • All original seals and labels must be intact

Important: We cannot accept returns on used or opened perfume products due to hygiene and safety reasons. Once a fragrance product has been opened or used, it cannot be resold, and therefore we are unable to offer a return or refund for such items.

Replacement or Refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, you may choose one of the following:

  • Replacement: We will send the correct or undamaged product to you at no additional cost.
  • Refund: A full refund of the product value will be processed to your original payment method.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days from the date the return is approved. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
  • Items returned after the 48-hour return window
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance at the time of purchase
